Thank you for your
interest in our facility. We have plenty of sizes
ranging from 5x5 to 15x20 in drive-up and
climate/humidity control. Our facility features
keypad gate entry and a resident manager. Our
climate and humidity controlled units are heated and
air-conditioned. Temperatures range from 40-80
degrees to help prevent your belongings from high
humidity or very high temperatures. Climate &
humidity controlled units are within hallways,
making it more tolerable to move in inclement
weather.
Our office hours are, Monday through Saturday 8:00
AM to 5 pm and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. Gates are
accessible 7 days a week, 7:00 am through 9:00 pm.
The lease process is easy and takes approximately 10
minutes. All you need to do is fill out the tenant
move-in information sheet and fax to 843-837-4809,
or email to
info@278econostorage.com,
or bring in with
you. We will need to make a copy of your driver’s
license or other valid form of id. The 1st
month’s rent + the $15 administrative fee is due at
sign in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, Discover, Cash, Check or Money Order. We
run all debit cards through as a credit. ACH direct
payment from your checking account is available. For
your convenience, you may select to go on automatic
monthly credit card deduction. Leases are
month-to-month.
If you are a
commercial customer, please call to get information
regarding our unique business solutions. For
contractors, we offer extra large units, in a prime
location for easy access. For businesses storing
documents or business inventory, we will deduct the
moving cost from rent (call for details -
restrictions apply). We also accept pick up and
deliveries at the counter. Shelving in our units is
also available to our business and residential
customers. Please let us know what your needs are,
and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We offer prepay
incentive discounts to all customers. Please call

Insurance
information is available to you through Tenant One
Insurance,
www.tenantone.com.
We would be happy to supply you with the forms and
number to call for information. You may also want to
check with your homeowner’s insurance to see if you
are covered for items in storage, or the option of
obtaining an insurance addendum to insure your
stored goods.
